Our Store Location Appointment
If you would like to come in, please call (727) 232-9281 and schedule an appointment at our 2,800 square foot location. Be sure to bring all the items you wish us to look at. If your collection is large, just come into the store, and our staff will help you unload your vehicle.
Our expert buyers will sit with you in a private area in our store and will work with you on getting an evaluation of your items. There is no need to separate or organize the collection before coming, as this will be done while we evaluate your collection with you.
Safety and security are assured at our location, and our trained professionals will spend as much time as needed with you to ensure you get the most possible for your collection.

2) Describe your items and/or email pictures to one of us at privatecoinbuyers@gmail.com. Then our professional coin experts will schedule an appointment at your home, office, bank, or our store in Saint Petersburg.
3) Meet our expert buyer at your scheduled time and place. Then cash your check.

Attorney Or Bank Visit
Once you have called us at (727) 232-9281 and scheduled an appointment to meet you at your bank or attorney's office, please be sure to be on time and bring all the items you wish us to look at.
Generally, bank visits are to go over items you may have secured in safety deposit boxes; do not bring large quantities of items to your bank. If you have bulky, large collections, they should be handled as a home or office appointment.
Please make sure you bring keys to your safe deposit box and that your bank will allow you to use one of the small rooms.

Home Appointments
Once you have called (727) 232-9281 and scheduled a home appointment, our expert coin buyers will arrive at your house on time. We will advise you of your private buyer's name before they arrive, and they will show you ID once they get there. We will also inform you of the type of vehicle they will arrive in.
You must have one empty table cleared off for our buyers to work at. Please ensure there is adequate lighting. Don't worry about organizing and separating items before our arrival; this will be done as we evaluate your collection with you. Please have the items you wish to look at accessible and in a place that will be easy for our buyers to reach in order to evaluate them.
Your Office Appointment
Please make sure it is okay with your employer for us to meet you at your place of work and that we will have a private place to meet at your office.
Once this is verified, call us at (727) 232-9281 to schedule your appointment. Please ensure that you will be able to meet our professional buyers and that we will not be interrupted during our meeting with you.
We will advise you of your private buyer's name before we come, and we will show you ID when we arrive. We will need a cleared table and ample lighting in our meeting area. Don't worry about organizing your items before our arrival, as they will be separated and organized while we evaluate your items with you.
